Our Services
This is our Description of Services page and Costs Associated.
All calls, and any visit thereafter will include a $85.00 Service Fee, other than Quoted work.
For all hourly calls, the clock starts when we show up, and ends when we put the last tool away.
We charge in 1 hour increments, and if you go any time into an additional hour, you will be charged for it.
All costs on this page do not include tax of 8.3% that will be assessed to all Parts and Service, all costs including tax are due at time of service.
Drain / Sewer Cleaning and Unclogging
This is charged Hourly at $125.00 per hour for Residential work and $150.00 per hour for Commercial work. An additional fee of $150.00 is applicable if it is decided, by the Technician, that a Mainline Sewer Machine is required. A Sewer Inspection may be necessary in order to give an answer to the reason behind clog and the cost for that is listed next.
All Calls include $85.00 Service Fee.
Gas Line Repair/Installation
For repair, there is the $85 Service Fee, along with my hourly rate of $125.00 per hour plus any materials.
For gas installation, we can submit a quote to you for $150.
Hydrojetting
These costs mimic the costs of Drain Cleaning, but instead of using cabled machines we use high pressure water to get wall-to-wall cleaning.
Sewer / Septic Inspection Via CCTV
Using a CCTV Sewer Camera we will inspect, to the ability of the technician and machine, the length of the drain line in order to find the root cause of re-clogging drain lines, or to provide pre-purchase requirements of a home loan. Roots, Back-Graded Pipe, Collapsed Leach Fields, and Breaks in the drain line are some main issues we could find.
There is an $85 Service Fee as included for all calls. The Hourly rate is $150.00. An additional fee of $100.00 will be assessed for use of the CCTV Camera to this service, and any other service (eg. Drain Cleaning) that requires use of it.
Drain / Sewer/ Septic Repair
This work is Quoted, and for most work runs between $200-$250 per foot but can increase with deeper excavation and depending on utilities in the way.
For short lengths we can get done the day of call out, we may opt to charge per hour plus parts. This would Include a $85.00 Service Fee if charged Hourly.
Consultation
For Consultation rates will be $150.00 Per Hour, this is to help homeowners do the work themselves, the right way!
